Cultured Traditions – Traditional sauerkraut, beet kvass and other fun ferments
We use centuries old fermentation methods to make our delicious products. Not only are they tasty, they are incredibly good for you! We never pasteurize anything, so all our ferments are raw, living and full of happy ‘bugs’. For all of our products we use certified organic ingredients and try to work with local farms as much as we can. The farmers we work with are either certified organic or practice organic growing methods without being formally certified.
We started with our traditional Russian style ferments – Russian style Sauerkraut, Beet Kvass, lacto fermented pickles. However we love to experiment and create new things, so along the way we have added many other interesting products to our line, and every few weeks something new inevitably gets produced in our kitchen.
